Overview: The BrainStorm migration redirect feature was added, which allows Quick Help admins to redirect end users to BrainStorm after the migration has been performed. This helps reinforce the message that your organization has moved to the BrainStorm platform and routes end users to it; this is useful, especially for organizations with deep links that end users may visit.
To enable the Migration Redirect feature:
- Click Settings on the QuickHelp Admin page.
- Under the Company section, enable Redirect users to BrainStorm.
- Click Save Changes.
