You have a few options

1. You can actually go in and delete this user(s) from the BrainStorm platform. Please remember that deleting a user places them onto a Forgotten User's table and they cannot be added back in by an Admin nor by the user themselves.

or

2. You can remove a user from all groups and remove all access to any packs they may have. Please remember that we may have given users access to content based on various different groups, and there are some groups that you cannot remove them from.
