Pack Access Removed: Archived - Expired - Remove(Delete)

  1. To remove a license from the pack, Select the Accounts icon on the left sidebar.

  2. Click the ellipses next to the desired child account and select Edit.

  3. Click Packs at the top.

  4. Click the 3 dots (ellipses) next to pack that you wish to update for the child account.

  5. Select the option to update:

    FeatureDescription
    Edit LicensingAdjust the number of licenses assigned to the child account and update the expiration date for the pack licenses.
    RemoveRemove the pack entirely from the child account. This action will delete all associated data and ensure you are no longer billed for these specific pack licenses.
    ArchiveArchive the pack will preserve all its data. This action will ensure you are no longer billed for these specific pack licenses.
