First Time Login without SSO

If you are bypassing SSO, you will need a verification code the first time that you login.  

1.  Go to the Admin Portal or End-User Portal

2.  On the Account Login screen, enter your email address and click Next.

3.  Click the Send Code button to receive your code. IMPORTANT:  If you do not click the Send Code button, the code will not be emailed to you.

4. Open your email, and locate the E-mail Verification code for BrainStorm login email. Copy the code and paste it on the Code Sent screen.  Click Verify.

5.  On the Recover Password screen, enter a password and confirm it.  Click Create Password.

6.  Login with your new password.

Reset Your Password

If you are unable to login and you're using SSO to manage usernames and passwords, try resetting your password with your SSO provider.

If you are bypassing SSO or do not have SSO installed, you can reset your password on the login screen.

1.  On the Account Login screen, click Forgot Password.

2.  Click the Send Code button to receive your code. IMPORTANT:  If you do not click the Send Code button, the code will not be emailed to you.

3.  Open your email, and locate the E-mail Verification code for BrainStorm login email. Copy the code and paste it on the Code Sent screen.  Click Verify.

4.  On the Recover Password screen, enter a password and confirm it.  Click Create Password.

6.  Login with your new password.
